Work - the love and hate relationship

This is one of those moment that i feel like screaming my heart out..arrrrrgggggghhhhh... As much i enjoy doing my work, i really hate producing reports. Such a tedious process and cause me to abandon my daily work and by the time i finish, i am stuck with all the unattended job that need to be done. The most irritating part, after so much effort being put onto it, the bosses only look at the final figures. Reporting to two bosses, does not make it more easier and i am short-handed. The company did not want to recruit newcomer and ask us to utilise the existing resources. I have been working hard and I want my bonus ( just to let you know, the company is making a lot of money last year.. a profit of USD 15 Million ).
